Amelia
Amelia is a naturally gorgeous woman with bright green eyes. She is hardened and has a hatred for men due to her abusive upbringing. She is the main character and develops into one of the deadliest crimps Portland has ever seen.
Anthony
Anthony has brown hair and is average-sized but bulky. He is one of the main henchmen who works with Lenny to take care of Garrett’s business. He loves to joke but will shift into becoming violent quickly. One of his main priorities is watching the door on the docks and also collecting bodies at night to sell. He is known to have a shotgun on him at all times.

Chase
Chase is a middle-aged bartender at the Ol’End and has striking blue eyes with salt and peppered hair. He works in the underworld and uses the women and his “knockout juice” to lure unsuspecting men into bondage. The fallout seat in the back of his bar is his favorite method of capturing young men. With the flick of a switch, a trap door opens directly into a cage below the floor.
Carrie
Garrett’s right hand and overboss of Anthony & Lenny. Carrie is trusted with keeping Garrett’s organization running smoothly. He watches over the hostess houses near the waterfront and the fulfillment of kidnapping orders from Garrett. His initial rise to power is unknown but for his steadfast efforts, he is given pieces of all the action that Garret takes in. Without question, he is the number 2 in charge.
Chloe
Is a young orphan that Nina had found wandering the streets. She lives and works at the hostess houses cleaning rooms and staying out of the way. Nina has high hopes for her.
Garrett
Garrett is one of the two most powerful underworld bosses who continuously fights with Bunko for territory. He is short-tempered and gets quickly enraged. He is fueled by alcohol and savagery is his tool to keep others in line. He will not blink at the idea of killing someone in order to make his point. He has been known to keep souvenirs.
Gibbs
Is the head chef at the Cafe and is deeply connected to the underworld. He provides information to Garrett in exchange for basic free range to assault who he sees fit. He is hated by Nina who has had to stand by and in her words watch his disgusting existence ruin the smooth running of the business.

Jack
Modern-day helicopter pilot who loves to eat at all of Portland’s great food spots.
Lenny
Lenny is tall and lengthy with very strong large hands. He has a bit of an awkward body type with stringy blonde hair. When cleaned up he can pass in any part of high society. He takes the brunt of Anthony’s jokes and is very argumentative.
Madison
She is a member of NIna’s up-and-coming lures and is learning the devious ways men can be manipulated. She has curly brown hair and finds everything funny which drives Nina crazy at times.
Mason
Gibbs’s right-hand lives out of a barn. They are both on Nina’s list and she vows they will atone for their deeds one day.
Nina
In her late twenties, she has silky black hair and ice-cold blue eyes to go with her intensely beautiful features and dangerous persona. She is Garrett’s top lure for kidnapping able-bodied men to be sold and also for recruiting lost young women into the Organization. Men who know her keep their distance. She believes she should be second in command over Carrie which brings a constant power struggle between those two.
Olivia
Nina’s most ferocious understudy. She is a fighter and instigator. She is often used to cause a distraction so the other women/lures can complete a given task.
Reese
Quiet and studious. Nina keeps her around as she has demonstrated flashes of violence but could be used in other ways in Garrett’s organization.
Sophia Rose
Is a modern-day reporter with ancestral ties to one of the main characters.
Turquoise Ann
In her Mid-forties but still, a beautiful Native American woman who takes Amelia into her home. She battles to stay neutral between the feuding bosses. She is strong-willed and feisty. She does not back down and is always ready to protect her interests. Has motherly characteristics. Is very well informed about what goes down in her city as she has endured a great journey to get there as a small child.
